We want every visit to The London Tea Room to be special. Because we prepare fresh food and reserve seating specifically for you, the following applies.
If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please do so through your SevenRooms confirmation or contact us. Current cancellation terms, including any notice requirements, are shown when you book and are kept up to date in our booking system.
Private events and large parties are booked with a deposit. The deposit and cancellation terms for your event are provided at the time of booking.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, but gift cards do not expire and can be used toward future visits and eligible purchases.
Because our food items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns on bakery or food products. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.
